Bio
Beck Phillips is a software developer and company builder. Beck specialises in building agentic systems and financial technology for use by businesses. Currently Beck is the CEO & CTO of Chalcas. Formerly, Beck was an analyst in corporate finance, specialising in valuations for medium-to-large Australian corporates, and worked for a leading Australian law firm mainly in the areas of corporate and M&A law.
Beck previously founded a live events company hosting international ballet dancers for live performances in Australian theatres. He founded an ecommerce dancewear company, and has experience in documentary production.
Beck has bachelors degrees in Law (Honours) and Business (Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.
